General Info

The A.Y.C.E. Buffet, part of Station Casinos, is a more casual buffet that can accommodate up to 250 people. It features eclectic food that is served from seven different food stations.

These stations are appropriately named World Pan, Revival, The Greenery, The Roastery, The Hearth, Smoke & Fire, Sweet & Light – each filled with culinary delights.

These stations feature cuisine that does not fall under a specific category, like Asian or Mexican. Instead, each station describes how the food is cooked and prepared. For example, guests can head to The Greenery for delicious fresh salad options.

You’ll find oven-baked pizzas, soups, lasagna, and more at The Hearth. Before choosing, it’s best to stop by each station to see the buffet menu offerings.
