Menu Items

Carnival World is one of the most extensive buffets in Las Vegas with a serving line that snakes throughout the buffet featuring buffet stations with foods from all over the world.

Salad Bar

The large salad bar includes several types of greens and all the salad toppings you can imagine. Cold, prepared salads and vegetarian options including the vegan creamy coconut rice with cranberries, are also available in the salad bar. One of the highlights of the salad bar is fresh fruit that is available. Most Vegas buffets use canned fruits.

Japanese

One of the most popular stations at Carnival World is the Teppanyaki station. The buffet offers several different Asian soups that are made to order right in front of guests. Noodle dishes and a small selection of sushi is also available.

Asian

The Asian buffet features dishes from all over Asia including traditional Chinese fried rice, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, pork ribs, and duck. Green curry chicken is a favorite.

Mexican

The Mexican offerings are typical of most buffets including a nacho/taco bar with four kinds of salsas, Spanish rice, fish, cheese enchiladas, and menudo soup.

Italian

The Italian buffet station has a Caesar salad bar, several pizzas, and a few different pasta dishes.

American

The American buffet line has several different fried foods including chicken, french fries, shrimp, and hot wings. You’ll also find pork ribs, mashed potatoes with different gravies, and baked trout.

Carving Station

The carving station at Carnival World is impressive. In addition to the typical prime rib, you can also get cuts of pork loin, whole chickens, beef ribs, roasted turkey, and baked honey ham. You can also get grilled pork belly, chicken sate, and all-beef hotdogs in the meat stations. Guests will also find the fresh seafood selection by the carving station including ahi tuna poke, mussels, peel and eat shrimp, ceviche, catfish, cod, salmon, and sushi.

Carnival World Desserts

Carnival World offers the usual spread of cookies, pies, cupcakes, cakes, tarts, and cobblers in addition to an impressive gelato buffet, crème Brulee, and flan.
