The Buffet at Bellagio is one of the best buffets on the Las Vegas Strip because of its talented chefs led by Abraham Aguilar, that offers fresh cuisine from all over the world.
The Buffet at Bellagio also has live-action cooking stations and features a Gourmet Dinner Service on the weekends where diners can savor some of the finest caviar in the world, as well as traditional Japanese gourmet dishes and sushi.
If you love brunch, stop in during the weekend champagne brunch with bottomless margaritas, Bloody Mary’s, wine, or beer.

Is The Buffet at Bellagio the best buffet in Vegas?
The Bellagio Buffet is indeed one of the more popular buffets in Las Vegas, but it is not consistently the top-rated choice among visitors.
Given the price point at nearly $50+ tax per person, you might also look into The Wynn Buffet and Bachannal Buffet at Caesars Palace. Both get high marks and have a similar price point.
If you are staying at either hotel, it is not worth going out of your way to experience the Bellagio Buffet.
