Tao Beach Pool Review and Tips

Tao Beach is the pool club at the Venetian, resting atop the famed TAO Asian Bistro and nightclub. This is an 18,000-square-foot pool club that’s meant to feel like a tropical getaway in the middle of the desert. Every Friday, Maxim Magazine puts on a party, including cover models as well as model searches, bringing out the sexiest, most stunning females from not the only the local area but often from L.A.

Tao Beach Admission and VIP options

If you don’t prepay, admission is $20+ for men and women on Friday and Sunday, $30+ for men on Saturday. Discount coupons are often available inside the Venetian. Prices do increase on major holiday weekends and it is recommended to get there early to avoid long lines.

As with all of the clubs in Vegas, women will have an easier and quicker time getting in.

Depending on the weekend and what happens to be going on, chairs will run you $50 to $200 while daybeds require a minimum of $200 to $750 in food and beverage; cabanas are $500 to $1500+. If you can, split a cabana with a group of people- it’ll be well worth it.  Contact a Tao Beach host to find the minimums and amount of people you are allowed for each VIP option.

Guests in the cabanas can enjoy the lap of luxury with a large HD plasma screen TV, Internet access, a custom stocked mini-fridge filled with the liquor of your choice and lots of other amenities – even your own masseuse.

Day beds are Asian-inspired and super cushy, a smaller version of the cabanas.

Tao Beach offers a classy, more intimate environment with a very attentive staff. Still, it’s a wild, loud atmosphere with beautiful people everywhere you look. Some people like the cozy atmosphere with the opportunity to almost reach out and touch yet another perfectly formed body, in addition to making it easier to meet people and have a conversation, while others prefer to have a little more space.

On major weekends and most Saturdays it is going to be packed and might not be any standing room even in the pool so reservations are highly recommended.  Tao Beach on Thursdays is one of the best day clubs on that day.

Celebrities including Jay Z, supermodel Heidi Klum, NBA star LeBron James and actor Jamie Foxx have all made appearances at Tao Beach.

Tao Beach Music

The music is always pumping with internationally acclaimed DJs jamming high-energy tunes. Beyonce’s little sister, Solange Knowles, has even taken a turn as a hot shot DJ here. Others include Grammy-nominated American music producer Brian Transeau and World Famous German Grammy Award-winning Electronic Dance Music DJ, musician and record producer Paul Van Dyk.

On Sundays you will hear primary House and EDM music as Sirius-XM BPM radio is usually on set live.
